Maintenance

We maintain solutions that we implemented or not, you can therefore ask us for a quote even if you did not buy you hardware via us. About warranty, this has to be assessed individually, according to the deal with the seller or the manufacturer.

What is a maintenance contract?

It ensures hardware is operating, irrespective of the failure cause.

What our obligations are?

None, we will just have to work out the SLA.

Is service already included in the price, and in which timeframe is it performed?

Not necessarily, you decide if you want to plan a budget or deal with it case by case. For large systems, we can plan preventive checks, ensuring enhanced stability. We can intervene within 2 hours if we can connect remotely to the sytem, 4 hours if on site.

Is hardware defect covered?

We can include this option, but again, it is up to you. We can also plan a back up solution that is lended until the replacement hardware is available.
